Refunds: All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, partial use of a program, or dissatisfaction with personal development outcomes, as results depend on individual effort, honesty, and engagement. If you believe there is an error in your billing, contact us within 7 days of the charge at admin@amaraustin.com and we will review your situation with care.
Program access: Access to digital programs and content is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share login credentials, distribute program materials, or allow others to access your enrollment.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas, to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
You agree to bring any claim against Amar Wellness LLC in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements presented at the time of enrollment or purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amar Wellness LLC with respect to your use of our Services, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
